Main Features:
1. The microcomputer intelligent full-automatic control is adopted, and the whole process of heating, sterilization, exhaust and drying is automatically controlled and switched. Users can set their own programs for sterilization temperature, sterilization time and drying time according to the needs of sterilized articles, without supervision in the whole process.
2. Full-automatic water adding, water shortage automatic water replenishing function. Cut off the heating power supply due to water shortage, and automatically resume working after water replenishment. It has the functions of preventing dry burning and over-temperature automatic protection. When the water level is lower than the low water level or exceeds the set temperature, the system automatically cuts off the power supply and gives an audible and visual alarm.
3. (Pre-selected) Being equipped with built-in micro thermal printer to realize data traceability and real-time printing of operating parameters.
4. In the inner chamber with double-layer structure, the door panel is made of SUS304 material, which is polished mechanically, smooth, flat, free of dead angle and easy to clean.
5. The new structure realizes the front and rear doors (pre-selected) and the sealed external structure, which can separate the bacteria area from the sterile area, and better ensure that the sterilized instruments are not polluted.
6. The door is equipped with a safety interlock device. When there is pressure in the sterilization chamber , the door is automatically locked and cannot be opened to ensure the safety of personnel. There is also a door control switch. Only when the door is closed in place can the power be turned on.
7. Equipped with overpressure protection device: when the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve will immediately release the pressure for protection.
8, Over-current protection device, when the current overload, the power circuit breaker will automatically cut off the power supply immediately.
9. The sterilizer is with the jacketed design, which has the drying function and achieves the drying function of sterilized articles.
10. Sterilization modes can be divided into three types:
 (1) Sterilization at 121ºC
 (2) Sterilization at 132ºC
 (3) Self-set
The main body is in a horizontal and double-layer structure, the inner chamber uses stainless steel materials of high quality, it is resistant to corrosion and has a durable quality. The fabrication conforms with the quality and safety standard of the classpressure vessels.
The air-tightness adopts the handwheel rotating structure, and it also equips the safety interlock of quick-opening door, these features make it to be safe and reliable.
It owns double overpressure protection function, the precise pressure controller and automatic overpressure steam-release valve will guarantee the safety of personnel, equipment and materials.
This equipment has drying function, automatically control the warning function of water shortage.
The pressure can be adjusted from 0.10Mpa to 0.22Mpa, and the temperature is adjustable from 115ºC to 135ºC.
The air-tight door has two types: single gate or double gate.
