3. Installation method
1. After unpacking, check the quantity and appearance quality of the substances contained in the box according to the "Packing List";
2. Check the spare parts attachments according to the "Spare Parts Attachment List";
3. The JYT-0.6 pressure reducing valve is installed at the outlet of the cylinder liquefied gas, and the joint of the valve is a left-handed thread, that is, the left-hand is tight, and the right-hand is loose, so pay attention to the tightening. The outlet of the pressure reducing valve and the gas inlet of the instrument are conical joints, which are connected by rubber pipes and must be clamped with fixed chucks. After installation, turn on the cylinder switch to check whether there is liquefied gas leakage at the joint, and you can apply soapy water to the joint to observe whether there is foam coming out.
4. Use a 5×3PU pipe to connect the air inlet of the air compressor outlet and the air filter pressure reducing valve on the instrument. When installing, insert the nozzle firmly into the nozzle and must be inserted to the end. If you can pull it out by hand, reinstall it. When taking out the tube, push the end face of the fitting inward and pull the tube outward.
5. Insert one end of the latex tube (waste liquid) into the water outlet of the waste cup, and the other end is suspended to align with the vessel where the waste cup is stored.
6. The power cord is connected to the instrument and the power grid, and the power socket of the air compressor should be equipped with a switch device. Grid power must be well grounded.
7. Connect the printer interface on the instrument with the printer connector, connect it with a cable, and lock it with a screw, connect the power transformer of the printer with the power grid, and connect the output with the printer.
8. If you want to connect with the computer, you must replace the printer cable with a computer cable, and install the relevant data acquisition software on the computer.
